Patulin is a mycotoxin produced by fungi including Aspergillus, Penicillium, and Byssochlamys species. It causes chromosome breakage, mutation, teratogenic, and cytotoxic effects. Patulin induces autophagy-dependent apoptosis through the lysosomal-mitochondrial axis and causes DNA damage. This product is for research use only. Store at -20°C, protect from light. When in solvent, store at -80°C for 6 months or -20°C for 1 month, protecting from light.
