Description

Dissolve one tablet in 1 liter of deionized water to yield 140 mM NaCl, 3 mM KCl, 0.05% TWEEN™ 20 Detergent, 10 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.4 at 25°C

Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C) or filter sterilize and store at room temperature (20°C)
