The pCMV- ProLink 2 Vector is a mammalian cloning vector for use in expressing a protein of interest fused to the ProLink 2 (PK 2) tag at the C-terminus. The PK tag is a version of ED used for EFC assays (in combination with EA). The ProLink 2 tag has a higher affinity for EA, making it ideal for use with weaker protein:protein interactions.
