The PD-1 (IFluor647) Antibody from Caprico Biotechnologies is an IFluor647-conjugated monoclonal antibody that recognizes human PD-1. PD-1 is a cell surface receptor expressed on activated T cells, B cells, and myeloid cells that binds to PD-L1 and PD-L2 to regulate T cell activation and promote self-tolerance. This antibody can be used in flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence assays to detect PD-1 expression for research applications such as analyzing T cell exhaustion and immune checkpoint inhibition. The antibody is available in 100 μg and 500 μg sizes.
