The Caprico PD-1 PE Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human PD-1. It is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE) and is suitable for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence microscopy and ELISA. This antibody detects PD-1 expression on activated lymphocytes. It can be used to study T cell exhaustion and immune checkpoints. The clone is EH12.2H7 and it is recommended for detection of PD-1 protein in human samples. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA.
