Recombinant human PDGF-AA (His) is a lyophilized preparation of the mature PDGF-A isoform (residues S87-T211) produced in Escherichia coli for use in cell-based and biochemical assays. It is supplied as a highly pure, active growth factor suitable for studies of PDGF receptor signaling, cell proliferation, migration, and wound-healing.
