Recombinant human PDGF-BB is a biologically active dimeric growth factor that binds PDGF receptors to stimulate cell proliferation, chemotaxis, extracellular matrix formation, vascularization, and tissue repair. Supplied as a lyophilized, tag-free powder produced in E. coli, it is intended for research applications studying PDGF signaling, osteogenesis, and tendon healing.
