Perfloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic and is an analog of norfloxacin. It targets gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria as well as several Mycoplasma species.

It is commonly used against Gonococcal species and to induce achilles tendon toxicity in rodents.
