Description
Recombinant Human BDNF is a 27.0 kDa homodimer of two 119 amino acid subunits (monomer is ~13.5 kDa) linked by strong non-covalent interactions. The BDNF recombinant protein is commonly used for neuronal differentiation in neural stem cell therapy to support regenerative medicine related to central nervous system and peripheral nervous system diseases and disorders. Reconstitute using sterile water (i.e., WFI) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. All PeproGMP™ products are manufactured using animal-derived component free materials. Product Description/Intended Use: PeproTech GMP recombinant proteins are manufactured for use as ancillary materials by applying applicable principles of GMP and quality control requirements from USP (United States Pharmacopeia) Chapter <1043> Ancillary Materials for Cell, Gene, and Tissue-Engineered Products.
