The Pericyte Antibody Sampler Kit provides an economical means to detect and evaluate blood-brain barrier integrity by western blot. This kit includes a selection of primary antibodies suitable for assessing pericyte and endothelial cell markers, along with secondary antibodies for detection. Each primary antibody is supplied in a quantity sufficient for two western blot experiments.

  • Includes primary antibodies targeting NG2, MCAM, CD13, alpha-smooth muscle actin (ACTA2), PDGFR-β, CD31 (PECAM-1), and desmin
  • Includes anti-rabbit IgG, HRP-linked antibody and anti-mouse IgG, HRP-linked antibody for secondary detection
  • Validated for western blot analysis
  • Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg/mL BSA, 50% glycerol, and <0.02% sodium azide
