Cell-permeant dye that can be used to measure intracellular ionized calcium concentration, [Ca2+]i. Indo-1 AM is a ratiometric dye: with UV excitation, the ratio of emission around 410nm to the emission around 485nm can be used to measure intracellular ionized calcium concentration.
