It promotes cardiac fibroblast proliferation by activating CaN and evoking NFAT3 nuclear translocation. This compound also activates p38-MAPK isoforms and SAPKs/JNKs, leading to increased heart contractility and enhanced alveolar fluid clearance. It is for research use only.
