Product is a ready-to-use, 1-component substrate requiring no special blocking solutions. Other features and benefits include: Excellent sensitivity; detect femotogram levels of protein. Long glow times up to five days; allows for repeated exposures (Western Blot) or luminosity readings (ELISA). Easy-to-follow protocol; simply add to microwell or blot and detect within minutes. Product is stable for two years at 4deg. C; no worries about rapidly degrading substrates. Compatible with film or chemiluminescent imager; provides flexibility for recording permanent results.
