PHOTOPROBE (Long Arm) Biotin is used to incorporate biotin at multiple sites along a nucleic acid without destroying or copying the original nucleic acid. It can be used to label DNA, RNA or PNA. The labeling reagent has a long linker arm to increase the accessibility of the biotin. Each kit contains PHOTOPROBE Biotin Reagent, Tris Buffer, sec-Butanol Precipitant, and Biotinylated DNA Standard, and can be used to label up to 250 µg of target or for up to 50 labeling reactions.
