This unique SH2 domain ligand is derived from the sequence flanking Tyr751 of the PDGF receptor. It inhibits the PI 3-kinase p85 C-terminal SH2 domain (IC50=14.2 µM). It contains the nonhydrolyzable phosphotyrosine mimetic L-O-(2-malonyl)tyrosine (OMT) and is provided as the trimethyl ester for greater cell permeability. Purity: ≥98% (TLC). Formulation: Lyophilized. Solubility: Soluble in DMSO (0.5 mg/ml) or ethanol (0.3 mg/ml). Long Term Storage: -20°C.
