PiBind™ resin provides quick and easy way to remove contaminating Pi from buffers

PiBind resin has an extremely high affinity for inorganic phosphate, and is used to eliminate contaminating Pi from buffer solutions to reduce background signals in phosphatase or ATPase assays. PiBind resin may also be used to remove Pi from cell and tissue extracts and is a rapid alternative to desalting or dialysis. The resin works over a broad range of pH values and is unaffected by many commonly used buffer additives.
