Description

Produce maximum bioluminescence signal intensity and sensitivity with the Pierce Firefly Luciferase Flash and Glow Assays.

The Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Firefly Signal Enhancer is designed to complement the Pierce Firefly Luciferase Flash and Glow Assay and is recommended when maximum sensitivity is desired.

The Pierce Firefly Signal Enhancer is designed to to be used with the Pierce Firefly Luciferase Flash Assay Kit (Part No. 16174, 16175) and Pierce Firefly Luciferase Glow Assay Kit (Part No. 16166, 16167). When used with the flash assay kit, the enhancer provides a five-fold increase in signal. When used with the glow assay kit, the enhancer solution increases the signal strength and duration up to two-fold and also increases stability of the bioluminescent signal.

Requires:

Pierce Firefly Luciferase Flash (Part No. 16174, 16175) or Glow (Part No. 16166, 16167) Assay Kits; Luminometer or other instrument capable of monitoring luminescence, such as Thermo Scientific Luminoskan Ascent and Varioskan Flash Microplate Readers.
