Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Conjugate Purification Kit is a unique affinity chromatography system for purifying horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugated antibodies from unreacted enzyme after labeling.

The metal chelate ligand on the column binds the enzyme conjugates while allowing free enzyme to pass through.
