Description
Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Peptide Clean-Up Plate products are sorbent-based 96-well plates designed for parallel peptide desalting, clean-up, concentration, and fractionation prior to liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and other mass spectrometry (MS) workflows. These plates help remove salts, detergents, buffers, denaturants, chaotropes, and other chemistry-compatible contaminants that can interfere with downstream analysis. The plate portfolio includes multiple peptide clean-up chemistries, including octadecyl silica (C18), strong anion exchange (SAX), mixed-mode cation exchange (MCX), styrene divinylbenzene reversed-phase sulfonate (SDB-RPS), and styrene divinylbenzene crosslinked (SDB-XC), for high-throughput desalting, clean-up, concentration, and fractionation workflows.
Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Peptide Clean-Up Plate products use reversed-phase, ion-exchange, or mixed-mode retention to support a range of peptide sample-preparation strategies. The 96-well plate format can be used in centrifugation-based or automation-compatible workflows where appropriate for the selected chemistry and protocol.
