The Armacell Pipe Insulation is a polyethylene foam pipe insulation designed for thermal efficiency and condensation control on cold water plumbing systems. It has a maximum service temperature of 180°F and a minimum service temperature of -297°F. The insulation has a closed-cell structure and is lightweight, flexible and durable. It is available in 3/8 inch to 2 inch wall thickness and comes in 4 foot lengths that can be cut to fit pipe diameters from 1/8 inch to over 6 inches. The R-value varies from 3.1 to 8.0 depending on thickness. It meets ASTM E84 25/50 flame and smoke requirements.
