The pISep buffers allow you to create pH gradients over the pH range 2.4-10.8, and can also work perfectly well over any interval within that range. On a two channel HPLC or FPLC the software allows you to completely control single or multi-step, linear or nonlinear pH gradients over or within the range 2.4-10.8, even in the presence of isocratic levels of NaCl (0 to 1 M), urea (0 to 8 M), or acetonitrile (0 to 80% v/v). The software creates gradient instructions for any hplc or fplc. The buffers are compatible with most strong and weak anion and cation exchange stationary phases as well as mixed mode HIC HILIC and RP stationary phases. They are the most powerful way to create fully controlled pH gradients in chromatography.
