The ProLabel Cloning Vector Bundle is a bundle of two mammalian cloning vectors (C and N terminal tags) for use in expressing a protein of interest fused to the ProLabel (ProLabel) tag. The ProLabel tag is a version of ED used for EFC assays (in combination with EA) where ED and EA are contained in separate cellular compartments. Provided as two vials, 1 vial each vector, of 10 μg vector in 20 μL liquid buffer.
