Ideal for growing bacteria, yeasts and molds. Offer excellent optical transparency and enable microscopic examination of cells while resisting organic solvents such as alcohols, ketones and hydrocarbons.
Engineered with a lower carbon footprint and 100% renewable resources to meet the needs of laboratories focusing on more Eco-friendly and sustainable practices. PLA bioresin is substantially more hydrophilic than petrochemical resins
such as polystryrene. This beneficial property allows a variety of anchorage-dependent eukaryotic cell species to grow in liquid culture on the petri dish surface without adding coatings such as ECM (extracellular matrices), proteines, collagen, fibronectin, poly-D-lysine, or specialty plasma gas treatments.
