Description

Service agreements provide support to help maintain equipment operation, performance, and efficiency throughout the service period.

  • Annual preventive maintenance (PM) service includes testing, verification, and calibration of the station.
  • Service covers 14 inspection areas and more than 50 maintenance procedures.
  • Equipment is checked to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications.
  • Preventive maintenance helps identify potential issues before they result in equipment downtime.
  • Repairs and replacement parts are not included and will be quoted separately if required.

Included with the agreement:

  • Technical support available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • One scheduled preventive maintenance visit per year.
  • Travel costs for the preventive maintenance visit are included.
  • 5% Hourly Rate Discount (non-covered events).
