The positions of the stainless-steel rods around the rodent provide easy access for many types of research applications, especially obesity studies

  • Eighteen stainless-steel rods can be adjusted up to 3.5 in. (8.9cm) diameter
  • Rodent can be quickly inserted into the restrainer by removing several upper rods or through a 2 in. (5.1cm) diameter access port hole in the rear upright
  • Access port hole has a polycarbonate locking door to prevent escape
  • Front guillotine-style door can be adjusted and locked in three positions
  • Max. length of rodent compartment: 9 in. (22.8cm)
  • Jeweled acrylic construction
  • Suction cup feet on white plastic base secure the device
