Although the highest cost option, it is typically the most durable, longest-lasting, and because it runs hotter it requires less frequent cleaning. Replace skimmer cone screws if corroded or worn (SZ5002). Use 10x Magnifier Inspection Tool with Built-In LED Illumination (NC2042261) to inspect cone orifice condition.
