Pooled Human Plasma (Blood Derived) K2 EDTA 1000ml - Pooled Human Plasma (Blood Derived) from Innovative Research is whole blood derived. The whole blood is collected from donors in an FDA-approved collection center and processed into plasma via cetrifugation. The plasma is frozen immediately after processing. Please note that this product does not allow for donor requests off-the-shelf, but we can create custom pooled lots to your exact specifications upon request. Each unit is tested for the standard FDA-required viral markers, and found negative using FDA-approved methods. Innovative Research has a wide network of FDA-approved collection centers across the United States, which allows us to collect from nearly any donor type. We are able to collect this product using the anticoagulant that will work best for your research. Our standard anticoagulant options include K2 EDTA, K3 EDTA, Na EDTA, Na Citrate, Na Heparin, and Li Heparin, with others available upon request.
