For larger sizes, the number of freeze/thaws may be reduced by preparing aliquots, aliquots below 20 μL are not recommended. Please never store a kinase diluted. PLK2 is a serum inducible serine/threonine kinase that is a member of the polo family of serine/threonine kinases which have a role in normal cell division. The kinase may play a role in embryogenesis, wound healing, and neoplasia.
