Description

The formulation of this embedding medium freezes at optimum cutting temperatures of -10°C and below.

  • Frozen section embedding medium is a proprietary formulation of water soluble glycols and resins
  • Provides an optimal specimen matrix for Mohs cryostat sectioning, and bonding the specimen securely to the specimen chuck
  • No residue is left on slides during the staining procedure, thereby eliminating undesirable background staining
