The product is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Glu31 of human STAG2. The antibody is purified via protein A and peptide affinity chromatography and is supplied in a formulation containing 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg/mL BSA, and 50% glycerol.
