POP-6 Polymer Dx is pre-formulated in a single-use pouch.

POP-7 Polymer Dx and POP-6 Polymer Dx are separation matrices for the Applied Biosystems Dx genetic analyzers. They are conveniently offered in easy-to-use pouch packages with either 960 samples (maximum) or 384 samples (maximum) size formats. Each polymer is optimized for specific applications.

Easy to use

The polymer is pre-formulated in a single use pouch.

Radio frequency identification label

A radio frequency identification (RFID) encodes easy-to-track information such as part and lot number, samples remaining, and expiry dates (displayed on software dashboard).

Robust formulation

POP-7 Polymer Dx and POP-6 Polymer Dx are formulated for a wide range of applications.

Reproducible results

POP-7 Polymer Dx and POP-6 polymers dynamically coat the capillary wall to control electro-osmotic flow. Their definite quality and uniform consistency eliminate guesswork and help ensure reproducibility. POP-7 Polymer Dx and POP-6 Polymer Dx are specifically formulated to separate DNA fragments of a known size range at a desired resolution and run time.

Many choices

POP-7 Polymer Dx is very versatile and designed for a wide range of short-read to long-read sequencing applications. POP-6 polymer is the choice for certain sequencing applications.

Performance optimized polymer

This product is intended for in-vitro diagnostic use on the Applied Biosystems Dx genetic analyzers and is not validated for use with other systems or applications. The Applied Biosystems Dx genetic analyzers are to be used by trained operators in the analysis of human DNA for the detection of fluorescently labeled DNA nucleotides by capillary electrophoresis. Refer to the appropriate Applied Biosystems Dx genetic analyzer user guide for further details.
