Biochain Institute Inc M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase, 16000 units/PK

Supplier: Biochain Institute Inc Z5040002

M-MLV reverse transcriptase is an RNA-dependent DNA polymerase. This enzyme is used to synthesize a complementary DNA strand from single-stranded RNA and DNA. Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MLV) reverse transcriptase lacks DNA endonuclease activity, and has lower RNase H activity than the commonly used Avian Myeloblastosis Virus (AMV) reverse transcriptase. BioChain also carries a newly engineered Ultrascript Reverse Transcriptase which is a more efficient version of M-MLV reverse transcriptase. It has minimum RNase H activity and maximum thermal stability. This enzyme is purified to near homogeneity to ensure high thermal stability, high specificity, high fidelity and more full length cDNA synthesis. With this enzyme, first-strand cDNA synthesis is optimal at 55oC, and it has a broad working temperature range of
