Outfit existing facilities or create freestanding envelope structures with a cleanroom or environmental enclosure

  • Non-progressive construction allows easy panel change or structure relocation
  • 7.6cm (3 in.) thick walls are constructed of 24 ga sheet steel that is painted with polyester baked enamel on each side; steel is laminated to 1.27cm (0.5 in.) gypsum with a 4.9cm (1.94 in.) polystyrene core
  • Studs are 6063-T5 aluminum extrusions with a 201R1 anodized clear finish
  • Depending on size, some units may require interior columns
  • Color is white
  • Buildings are 3m (10 ft.) high; rooms do not come with a floor
  • Corrugated steel load-bearing roof holds mechanical equipment: 25psf load
  • Roof support: structural steel I-beams located on 8 ft. center
  • Acoustical ceiling: 61 x 192cm (24 x 48 in.) Class A noncombustible acoustical ceiling with 3.8cm (1.5 in.) gasketed grid and vinyl faced ceiling tiles
