Posatex is a once-a-day treatment for otitis externa in dogs associated with susceptible strains of yeast (Malassezia pachydermatis) and bacteria (coagulase positive staphylococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterococcus faecalis). The 7-day treatment is designed to make compliance easier and bring fast relief. Posatex contains: 0.1% mometasone furoate monohydrate, a potent yet safe corticosteroid 1% orbifloxacin, perfect for those Pseudomonas ears 0.1% posaconazole, an antifungal that brings the control of Malassezia to the next level.
