Potato infusion and dextrose drive luxuriant fungal growth at final pH 5.1, making it well suited to enrichment, spoilage investigations and biomass production in food, water and clinical work. The granulated form is low-dusting, flows freely and rehydrates quickly for safer, more consistent preparation. Dehydrated powder, store in a cool dry place. Packaged as 500 g.
