The Scratcher is a sampling lance that has been specially developed for sampling cohesive, caking and non-flowing substances. A scraper edge on the collection chamber transports the sample material directly into a sealable inner tube, enabling professional sampling even of cohesive powders and granulates. The scraper is ideal for target point samples from a specific plane. Despite its effective scraping edge, it is suitable for use in narrow openings from 1.26 in. (32 mm) (1.26 in.) diameter. Two additional handles allow safe insertion, fixing and rotation in the material, and the easy dismantling of the device facilitates thorough cleaning.
