All models are fused (without circuit breakers). Each unit is calibrated to deliver a known amount of power or voltage at a given dial setting in the 15 to 70% range (off below 15% and full on above 70%). High capacity with constant power output despite large line voltage fluctuations. Does not vary voltage. 50/60AHz.
