Because of this they are hydrophobic, but wettable (unlike CAT# 164077 & 165077 which are 100% silanized). FEATURES: - 14% carbon content - Acid stable (UV254) fluorescent indicator - 20x20 cm glass backing - 250um coating thickness - 25 plates/box - Recomended Applications: aminophenols, barbiturates, preservatives, nucleobases, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, steroids, tetracyclines, plasticizers (phthalates)
