Precast gel optimal for Bis-Tris PAGE Electrophoresis, resilient to mechanical stretching during handling, and featuring outlined and numbered wells for easy loading tracking.

Our Precast Gel Plus is an efficient and convenient scientific tool for use in biological and biochemical fields of study. Perfect for the separation of peptides and small proteins, with great resolution and without slowing down the electrophoresis running times. It allows for a wide range of proteomic analysis. Albeit protein expression, protein cleavage, receptor activation or protein phosphorylation, they can be tracked using established protocols such as Bis-Tris PAGE followed by gel staining or western blotting. In addition, they are also compatible with Bio-Rad Mini Protean Tanks, thus facilitating the use of our gels without the need to replace your hardware.

Used for protein electrophoresis via Bis-Tris PAGE protocols followed by immunoblotting or gel staining. These gels are more robust and can withstand more mechanical stress than the average polyacrylamide gel in the market.
