Lysing kit for Precellys - CK28 Hard Tissue kit - 15mL tubes 25 prepThe CK28 matrix is composed of 2.8mm Ceramic (zirconium oxide) beads recommended for hard tissues such as heart, muscle, skin, spinal cord, intestine, adipose tissues but also for plant roots, rods or seeds like corn, rice, wheat etc. The beads in this kit are placed in reinforced tubes with O-ring allowing high energy grinding. It ensures optimal extraction yields of DNA/RNA/Protein for samples from 2g to 4g of tissue.The kits requires the use of the dedicated tube holder for Precellys Evolution (SP02520-810-NC011.0).
