This Cogent HPS Cyano™ Stationary Phase has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. It is fully end capped and is manufactured with a mono functional, 3 carbon ligand that has an attached terminal Cyano (Carbon & Nitrogen) group which includes a triple bond, and it is bonded to our 120A High Purity Silica, making this Column ideal for purification of polar compounds in Reversed Phase. With a 5 µm Particle, this Column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures while the large diameter and length of this column provides high loading capacity which is great for Preparative HPLC. Compare the performance of this Column to Inertsil or Luna brands. A specialized HPLC System is required for Columns this size.
