Induces apoptosis in human tumor cell lines and displays antitumor activity in mice. Alternative name: 2,2-bis(Hydroxymethyl)-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan-3-one, 2,2-bis(Hydroxymethyl)-3-quinuclidinone. Purity: ≥98% (TLC). Solubility: Soluble at 25 mg/ml in ethanol, 100% DMSO, and DMF. Soluble at 10 mg/ml in water. Long Term Storage: -20°C.
