Primary Epidermal Keratinocytes; Normal, Human, Neonatal Foreskin (HEKn) are cells isolated from the skin of a normal male. Normal Human Primary Epidermal Keratinocytes from Neonatal Foreskin provide an ideal cell system to propagate keratinocytes in serum-free (not animal-free) conditions when grown in Dermal Cell Basal Media supplemented with Keratinocyte Growth Kit components. The cells are cryopreserved in the first passage to ensure the highest viability and plating efficiency.
