This optimized, 2X master mix is composed of PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase (a high-fidelity DNA polymerase), reaction buffer, and dNTP mixture. PrimeSTAR GXL Premix is a robust enzyme that can be used in difficult reactions, including amplification of GC-rich regions (without requiring special reaction conditions), in the presence of excess template, and with long targets up to 30 kb in length.
