PrimeSurface White plates are optimized for chemiluminescent assays, which often outperform fluorescent assays due to their low background and high signal-to-noise ratio. White plates reflect light to maximize signal output, enhancing assay sensitivity. PrimeSurface cultureware are ultra-low attachment (ULA) dishes and microplates pre-coated with a proprietary ultra-hydrophilic polymer that enables uniform, spontaneous spheroid formation. Typically, tumor spheroids are generated using ULA plates and then transferred to white plates for luminescence readout, which may damage spheroids. PrimeSurface White 96- and 384-well ULA plates allow for both spheroid formation and luminescence analysis within the same plate, streamlining workflows, reducing assay time, preventing spheroid damage, and providing robust, high-sensitivity luminescent HTS assays.
