IgScript™ probe-based RT-qPCR kit combines i) IgScript™ first strand cDNA synthesis kit and ii) probe-based qPCR 2x master mix for high efficiency, wide dynamic range, sensitivity, and specificity. The cDNA kit includes 5x IgScript™ master mix (Reverse Transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, dNTPs, buffer, MgCl₂, stabilizers), plus oligo-dT [d(T)23VN] and random hexamer primers for complete coverage of mRNA and non-polyadenylated RNAs. IgScript™ Reverse Transcriptase is a recombinant MMLV enzyme with reduced RNase H activity and higher thermostability, enabling full-length cDNA synthesis at 42–50 ºC. The qPCR 2x master mix (excluding primers/template) contains proprietary buffer, hot start Taq polymerase, low ROX dye, MgCl₂, dNTPs, stabilizers, and enhancers for robust amplification.Applications: Gene expression validation, multiplexing, mutation detection, pathogen/viral detection, GMO characterization, profiling.
