Designed to introduce young students (K-4) to the concepts of matter in a fun, safe, and hands-on way

  • Students are given samples of a solid, and a liquid to perform simple experiments that demonstrate the different states of matter
  • Samples of “Our Friend Ooblek” (a non-Newtonian fluid) are provided to use in the same experiments and students are asked to determine if Oobleck is a solid or a liquid
  • Use in 10 groups of 3 students each
