Propranolol is a sympatholytic beta-adrenergic antagonist, widely used for treatment of tremors, angina, hypertension, heart rhythm disorders, migraines, thyrotoxicosis, anxiety, and other circulatory diseases. It was the first successful beta-blocker developed. Acts as an antagonist for ADRAB1 and ADRAB2. Provided as 10 mg of dry powder.
