"Protease Inhibitor Cocktail V, EDTA-Free is a specially formulated mixture of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of serine and cysteine, but not metalloproteases. Does not contain EDTA, thus metal dependent proteins and IMAC (immobilized metal affinity chromatography) isolation techniques (eg. for Poly-His-tagged proteins) are not affected. Reconstitute each vial with 1 mL water to obtain a 100X concentrated solution. 1X stock solution contains: 500 μM AEBSF HCl 150 nM Aprotinin 1uM E-64 1uM Leupeptin hemisulfate"
