"Protease Inhibitor Cocktail III, Animal-Free is a specially formulated mixture of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine and serine proteases, as well as, aminopeptidases. Recommended for use with mammalian cell and tissue extracts that require animal-free reagents. When reconstituted, each vial contains: 100 mM AEBSF HCl 80 μM Aprotinin, recombinant (animal-free) 5 mM Bestatin 1.5 mM E-64 2 mM Leupeptin hemisulfate 1 mM Pepstatin A Preparation: Supplied as a liquid in 1 mL DMSO. Add to water, aqueous buffer or directly to extraction media. 1 mL is recommended for the inhibition of proteases extracted from 20 g of tissue."
